Shipping policy

Each Merchant’s individual covers products purchased through the Site. Products purchased through JoomShopping Merchant's website are covered by the Merchant's individual Shipping Policy, which is available on the Merchant's Web site. Please contact us at info@diamondusa.us or call us at 1-786-322-8647 should you discover a problem. Our customer service staff will resolve this problem for you immediately.


  • You are responsible for providing complete and accurate address information for the delivery of the order.
  • All orders returned to us due to undeliverable or refusal will be charged standard shipping rates if you request that we reship the order.
  • The cost of shipping will be displayed at checkout. By completing your order, you agree to pay the shipping cost displayed at checkout.

Q: How do you ship packages?

A: Packages are shipped using UPS. Everything is shipped from our store in Doral, Florida. Depending on the size and shape of the items in your order, you may or may not be able to choose some shipping methods. Pricing information for these methods is included below.


Q: Where are my items shipped from?

A: All orders are shipped from our store, which is located in Doral, Florida.


Q: Do you provide tracking information?

A: Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships, that contains tracking information and will allow you to follow your order.


Q: How are shipping prices calculated?

A: The shipping cost is calculated based on the weight and dimensions of the items. By adding products to your cart and accessing the Shopping Cart page, you can instantly view the shipping charge prior to completing your order. The shipping charge may change if you add or deduct products.


Q: Once I have placed my order, how long does it take for it to be shipped?

A: Products that are currently in stock will ship between the same day you place your order to maximum two business days. 


Q: It's been over a week and my product hasn't shipped. What is the delay?

A: If you’ve checked your e-mails “junk mail” folder and have not received shipment confirmation e-mail, please contact us! We would be happy to double-check your order status and re-send a shipment confirmation e-mail if it didn’t go through the first time.


Q: I need to change the shipping address on my order! What should I do?

A:  We would be happy to change the shipping address if you contact us :) We can only change the shipping address on orders that have not been shipped. You can also contact UPS right away to reroute an order that have already shipped. If they are unable to reroute your package and you cannot obtain it, it will be returned to our shop in Doral, Florida.


Q: My order is a gift. Can you leave out the invoice, or remove price tags?

A: Our packing slips only include an invoice of the items and quantity.  Prices are not placed within the package.  Price tags can be also removed.
